An extremely distinctive and intense wine with delicate aromas of cherries and strawberries combined with subtle toasty notes and delicious sweet tannins. An excellent aperitif or accompaniment to salads, shellfish, pink salmon or fruity desserts. Well balanced, round and persistent.
Limpid rose with a raspberry touch and lilac nuances. The subtle floral profile gives frame to the fresh red fruit notes (cherry, strawberry and gooseberry) slightly citric. A richly flavoured palate with an increasing mouthfeel and a kind aftertaste, refined and dry.
Full yet soft with an intense red ruby color and concentrated juicy berry aromas that lead into flavors of blackberry and red currant fruit with well-balanced, smooth tannins. Hints of vanilla, cocoa and sweet oak appear on the finish.
