Pale and pretty in crystal-clear pink with orange undertones. The nose is delicate and fruity with notes of white peach and apricot mixed with passion fruit and mango. The taste is full, fresh and crisp with echoes of the fruity aroma amplified by citrus zest and sweet spices (cinnamon and cardamom). All of the great Domaines Ott* tradition in a friendly and elegant wine.

Clarendelle Bordeaux Rose

Clarendelle Bordeaux Rosé is a lovely, brilliant, pale rose colour, perfectly clear. The berry bouquet features raspberries, strawberries, and redcurrants, with hints of boiled sweets. The mouthfeel is dense and velvety, with a subtle tannic structure, accompanied by a lovely, minty freshness. Red-berry fruit is also present on the palate, with slightly tropical overtones reminiscent of lychees and pink grapefruit. The overall impression is an explosion of fruit, with a slightly peppery aftertaste. To conclude, the aromatic intensity of this wine makes it pleasurably flavourful, with a long, delicate aftertaste.

Bruce Jack Blush

Bruce Jack Blush

Bruce Jack Blush comes from healthy grapes received early in the day. Grapes were crushed, juice drained and skins pressed. After juice settled, clear juice was used to ferment. After fermentation wine was both protein and cold stabilized. Red wine was blended proportionally to the Sauvignon Blanc hence the colour. The final step is to filter the wine.
