Bruce Jack Blush comes from healthy grapes received early in the day. Grapes were crushed, juice drained and skins pressed. After juice settled, clear juice was used to ferment. After fermentation wine was both protein and cold stabilized. Red wine was blended proportionally to the Sauvignon Blanc hence the colour. The final step is to filter the wine.

Trumpeter Cabernet Franc is full yet soft with an intense red ruby color and concentrated juicy berry aromas that lead into flavors of blackberry and red currant fruit with well-balanced, smooth tannins. Hints of vanilla, cocoa and sweet oak appear on the finish.
Crystalline rose with cherry and coral nuances. Accents of fresh red fruits (cherry, strawberry) win the nose in a delicate aromatic duo that form flowers and a very light touch of spice. Purple red, with plum reflections. The characteristic floral note of violet appears -on the nose- combined with vibrant accents of black and red fruit jam (cassis, cherry) and spices, such as black pepper. The sweet tannins and the juicy profile of its structure on the palate provide qualities to achieve the velvety finish on the palate.
Dense garnet ruby red. Flowers and light minty aromas surround the nose, later discovering notes of ripe red fruit and a touch of vanilla. The good balance achieved between acidity, tannins and fruit promises a finish with a rich astringency and a velvety aftertaste.
