Black Oystercatcher Sauvignon Blanc hails from Cape Agulhas in South Africa and expresses the wild coastal character of its maritime vineyards. It is made with 100 % Sauvignon Blanc. In the glass it shows very pale yellow with faint green reflections. The nose is fresh and grassy, with vibrant aromas of gooseberry, lime zest, and tropical fruit, edged by a flinty mineral undertone pulled from its coastal terroir. The palate is crisp, dry, and lively, revealing citrus zest, green apple, and a clean salinity that lingers. This wine carries about 13 % ABV. It’s a perfect match for oysters, shellfish, goat cheese, crisp salads, or as a striking aperitif.
