Bruce Jack Reserve Stream of Consciousness is a red blend of Cinsault, Shiraz, and Grenache. It has a self-indulgent nose of chocolate-smothered purple plums, framed by vanilla and Indian spices introducing a palate of enveloping black and red forest fruit, with brambles and white pepper.

24 year-old vines, barrel fermentation and maturation produce distinctive notes of yellow apple alongside green melon and lime on the nose. The Drift Estate Heritage Boer Maak N’ Plan wine is beautifully structured on the palate, bursting with fresh yellow and white fruit flavours and a subtle yet distinctive finish.
South Africa produces fantastic chenin blanc. Bruce Jack Chenin Blanc is typical of those examples produced in the Breedekloof. The older vineyards component was fermented in French barrels for depth and complexity. The wine shows exciting stone fruit aromas. The palate is a delicious medley of summer fruits and citrus.
Bruce Jack Sauvignon Blanc’s point of difference results from carefully blending premium Sauvignon Blanc vineyards from different areas. The cool climate component from the Cape South Coast lends this wine intense crunchy green apple and lemon grass. The riper components provide juicy white peach and touch of citrus.
Bruce Jack Shiraz Malbec grapes are harvested early in the day from selected vineyards. Grapes were crushed, destemmed and fermented on the skin. Open and closed pump overs were given for colour extract. From there the juice is fermented, blended, stabilized and filtered.
