South Africa produces fantastic chenin blanc. Bruce Jack Chenin Blanc is typical of those examples produced in the Breedekloof. The older vineyards component was fermented in French barrels for depth and complexity. The wine shows exciting stone fruit aromas. The palate is a delicious medley of summer fruits and citrus.
Bruce Jack Sauvignon Blanc’s point of difference results from carefully blending premium Sauvignon Blanc vineyards from different areas. The cool climate component from the Cape South Coast lends this wine intense crunchy green apple and lemon grass. The riper components provide juicy white peach and touch of citrus.
Bruce Jack Reserve Sauvignon Blanc Intense fig and cape gooseberry nose, typical of South Africa’s cool southern coastal vineyards. Palate is very lively with green apple, fig, nectarine and freshly cut grass.
Bruce Jack Reserve Chardonnay is intriguing and complex nose with pear, peach, clementine, a touch of sep mushrooms and freshy buttered roosterbrood. On the palate apricot, pear, hint of basil, delicately framed in some vanilla oak.
