Black Oystercatcher Rosé is a dry, vibrant rosé from the Cape Agulhas region of South Africa. The 2024 edition is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, picked early, given short skin contact, and cold-fermented to preserve freshness. It pours a delicate salmon-pink hue with a crisp, cool coastal identity. The nose greets you with strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, gooseberry and passionfruit aromas, brightened by citrus blossom and subtle minerality. On the palate, it’s zesty and energetic, focused on red berry fruits with a clean, salty edge and a lingering smooth finish. At 13% ABV, it marries vibrancy with elegance.
