An opaque crimson with red-brick hues. The nose proffer aromas of lifted red fruits with a hint of sweet spice and cherry pastilles. The palate is rich and densely flavored with bright expressive red fruit notes and wisps of toasted vanilla. Fine tannins give way to a persistent, moreish finish. Well balanced, juicy style of Shiraz. Best matched with roasted longhorn sirloin with potato dauphinois and steamed greens.

A semi-translucent red with purple rim and aromas of fresh cherries and raspberries, some dried herbs and a touch of warm spice. A lively and enticing palate with lots of fresh fruit notes with the savory/gamey characters come through on the back leading to a persistent finish.

A medium-ruby with a purple rim with a lifted and perfumed aroma busting with fresh dark cherries, coffee-oak, violets and a subtle lick of spice. A full-flavored and elegant palate showing delicate cool-climate elements of violet and spice with mulberry, milk chocolate and a hint of liquorice.
