An elegant wine that delivers beautiful aromas of black cherry, blueberry, and an earthy herbaceous dried tea character that is complemented by a hint of cola, black pepper, and light spiciness. Abundant flavors of tart cherry, underlying eucalyptus and smoky–vanilla are framed by notes of mocha barrel toast. This well structured wine opens with a soft front but holds together with firm acidity and finishes strong with a long, lingering finish. For a delicious meal, pair this Pinot with garlic and herb roasted pork tenderloin, followed by dark chocolate mousse for dessert.

This cabernet sauvignon brims with ripe, concentrated aromas of black currant, loganberry and fig, underscored by threads of warm spice and mocha. The wine’s lush core of ripe brambly fruit persists through the finish. Full-bodied, with a supple mouthfeel and approachable tannins, this Cabernet pairs well with port-braised beef short ribs topped with mint leaves.
