Mombasa Club Gin is a premium gin that combines tradition, history, and a distinctive flavor profile. Inspired by the 19th-century British East India Company, this gin offers a unique journey for your palate. Crafted with a carefully selected blend of botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander seeds, cassia bark, angelica root, and citrus peels, Mombasa Club Gin is known for its slightly spicy and aromatic character.
Procera Green Dot (47% ABV) uniquely only uses botanicals from the Procera tree, including juniper, foliage and bark, delivering earthy, leafy, vegetal, piney and nutty flavours. Both the fresh and dried berries are used as botanicals, alongside the foliage and lightly-toasted wood from the juniper trees too. The result is a complex yet versatile gin, great for G&Ts and cocktails!
While the original Procera Gin was made with Martinis in mind, Procera Red Dot Gin was made to be a bold, versatile gin that will stand up to be used in mixed drinks and the like. This fantastic Kenyan gin features Juniper Procera once again, along with five African peppers (selim pepper, black pepper, elephant pepper, alligator pepper and Ashanti pepper), as well as oyster shell, locust bean, seaweed, tea, mace, myrrh, honey, orange, lemon, and coriander. Spectacular in a Negroni cocktail, and it’ll certainly do very well in a G&T, too.
Procera gin is proudly distilled in Nairobi, Kenya. It’s the world’s first gin to use Juniperus Procera, which we harvest just 70 kilometers from our distillery. Procera captures the terroir of our continent in every sip. With Aromas of piney, woody juniper, vibrant citrus and hints of delicate, floral honey. Earthy juniper on the palate balanced with citrus and peppery spice. A peppery and earthy finish with lingering notes of citrus and subtle honey.
Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin was the first ever gin created specifically to go in a Negroni cocktail. It is a highly aromatic, rich, and (yes) spicy gin with great power and intensity. We use the West African spice grains of paradise and Indonesian cubeb to up the ante, and open the plates when distilling to add weight to the gin.
Gin combined with Shiraz grapes? Bloody brilliant. This crazy experiment using our original Rare Dry Gin steeped with local cool climate Shiraz grapes has become acult-favorite, the perfect balance of sweet fruit and ginny goodness.
Olive Leaf Gin is our savory gin, five delicious years in the making. It’s textural, bright, and perfect for a Martini or Gin and tonic. We’ve used three types of cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and olive leaf tea from the world-class groves of Victoria’s Cobram Estate. Botanicals like rosemary and bay leaf transport you to the Mediterranean (even though they’re from Cam’s garden), while native macadamia nuts and lemon myrtle make the gin distinctly modern Australian.
Rare Dry Gin is our original (and still our favorite). It is, to us, simply the most delicious gin on the planet. We crafted it to deliver the best of all worlds: a classically smooth gin that combines Asian botanicals with great Mediterranean citrus. It’s spicy but with great citrus from the whole fresh oranges and native lemon myrtle, a truly modern Australian gin.
Navy Strength Gin is an intense but smooth gin, made for cocktails. This overproof gin is distilled with native finger limes and fresh ginger in the botanical basket, giving it great power and intensity. Turmeric adds weight to the palate and fresh but earthy quality, and the palate is sweet and juicy but still very clean.
Blue Bottle Pink Gin has pink grapefruit at its core, layered with fresh orange and lemon peel, the upfront citrus hit complements traditional juniper and combines with cardamom and angelica to create a complex yet refreshing delight!
