Nèprica Negroamaro was born from the vineyards of Tormaresca, an Apulian outpost of the Antinori winery, which develop along the Adriatic coast, between the pine forests and the sea. The company’s goal is to produce great wines from the region’s native vines. Obtained from pure Negroamaro grapes, harvested after a slight over-ripening in the plant, it is the result of a vinification in steel with maceration at a temperature not exceeding 26 ° C. Once the malolactic fermentation is over, the wine ages in steel for 8 months and for another 4 months in bottle. Ruby red. The nose is expressed with hints of cherry, pomegranate, violet and dog rose. On the palate it is soft, fresh and mineral, with elegant tannins. Excellent in combination with first courses with meat sauce, it goes well with both roasts and grilled red meat.
