Robust and generous, this Barossa Shiraz has distinct flavors of plum and rich dark chocolate that have been mellowed in oak barrels. A very approachable wine, it is perfect as your ‘go-to’ Shiraz and pairs well with BBQ meats and cheese. An aroma of plum and raspberry, subtle vanilla and chocolate aromas from maturation in oak. In the Palate bright, ripe cherries and chocolate carry through to the palate which is full-bodied with soft, supple tannins.
