Villa Antinori Pinot Bianco is straw yellow in color with greenish hues. The nose is intense with aromas of tropical fruit, especially pineapples, and notes of bell peppers and nettle. The palate is fresh, lively and savory with a fine mineral finish.
Santa Cristina Vermentino is straw yellow in color. On the nose intense floral notes of jasmine are in perfect harmony with hints of banana and melon. Its palate is well-balanced and savory with excellent freshness and mineral notes.
Santa Cristina Umbria White is straw yellow in color. The nose offers intense notes of fruit, pears, bananas and yellow peaches. Its palate is well-balanced, smooth, and savory with crisp freshness and a fruity aftertaste that bring back aromas perceived on the nose.
San Giovanni Della Sala is a blend of indigenous varieties, Grechetto, Procanico with Pinot Blanc, and Viognier; a new interpretation of the Orvieto Classico appellation. It has a pale straw yellow color with greenish highlights. Intense on the nose with aromas of white flower blossoms accompanied by hints of citrus fruit and white pulp fruit.
Beautiful pinkish tinge. The bouquet is intense and complex, with hints of fruits (peach, melon and blackberries). On the palate it is full-bodied and velvety, with a pleasant acidity, soft tannins and a finish rich in mineral sensations.

The wine is produced from a careful selection of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon. Conte della Vipera is a tribute to the original owners of the castle and its label shows an illustration of San Giovanni’s chapel (Saint John), a small chapel located on the estate.
Capsula Viola is straw yellow in color. Its nose offers intense aromas of yellow apples and lemon zest. On the palate it’s fresh and crisp, well-balanced and savory. Its finish brings back fruity sensations initially perceived on the nose.
