Deep red core with purple hues and silver rims. Complex nose with mulberry, spice, rhubarb, cherry and sarsaparilla. Rich fruits, bramble and integrated oak characters. Nice florals finished off with red liquorice, strawberry and some darker fruits. Full palate with tight, clean, acid lines. Cherry, red licorice and bright, fresh fruits. Mid-palate sweetness, long and lingering tannins, lifted florals and oak that carries through to the finish.

Ruby red with pale pink hues. Complex nose of bright, fresh fruits and savoury undertones. Red fruits of strawberry and raspberry with some slight hints of citrus. Lifted aromatics of coffee, chocolate and rum and raisin. Strawberry and pomegranate provide fruit sweetness, while shortbread and vanilla create a soft and delicate palate. Savoury tones of spice and black pepper balance the flavours. Medium to light bodied with a long, fruit finish.

A fresh, juicy acid palate with red fruits on the mid palate and food fruit sweetness coming through in black cherry and berries. Black currant, mushroom and bramble savouriness, good length completes a well-structured wine.

The palate is rich and densely flavored with bright expressive red fruit notes and wisps of toasted vanilla. Fine tannins give way to a persistent, moreish finish. Well balanced, juicy style of Shiraz. Best matched with roasted longhorn sirloin with potato dauphinois and steamed greens.
