Deep inky ruby color with aromas of lifted black forest fruits, touch of all spice and dried herbs. The palate is generous and elegant; bright notes of blackberry and dark plum. Good backbone of acid before a savoury finish showing hints of black pepper and dark chocolate. Drying tannins.
Deep, rich red with garnet core. Hallmark Cabernet nose – crushed blackberries, blackcurrant, some fresh plum and a hint of leather. The palate is rich and bold, whilst still maintaining a good line of fresh acidity. Powerful fruit drive of dark-black fruits, some toasted oak and cigar box. Supportive tannins lead into a smooth finish.
Deep red core with purple hues and silver rims. Complex nose with mulberry, spice, rhubarb, cherry and sarsaparilla. Rich fruits, bramble and integrated oak characters. Nice florals finished off with red liquorice, strawberry and some darker fruits. Full palate with tight, clean, acid lines. Cherry, red licorice and bright, fresh fruits. Mid-palate sweetness, long and lingering tannins, lifted florals and oak that carries through to the finish.
Ruby red with pale pink hues. Complex nose of bright, fresh fruits and savoury undertones. Red fruits of strawberry and raspberry with some slight hints of citrus. Lifted aromatics of coffee, chocolate and rum and raisin. Strawberry and pomegranate provide fruit sweetness, while shortbread and vanilla create a soft and delicate palate. Savoury tones of spice and black pepper balance the flavours. Medium to light bodied with a long, fruit finish.
A light-bodied, cool climate Pinot Noir with pure and vibrant fruit characters. Aromatic on the nose with bright fruits of strawberry and cherries, a good acid structure, subtle savoury notes and fine tannins provide a smooth finish.
A deep purple, vibrant with red hues and a purple rim expressing aromas of plush fruits, cream, strawberries, raspberries, with some hints of spice and star anise. The oak is integrated nicely. A palate of pepper, spice, fresh juicy red and purple fruits, tight structure and good length. Good weight on the mid palate.
A deep red with purple magenta hues and a red rim proffering aromas of mocha, Christmas spice and vibrant florals, pomegranate, tomato leaf, spearmint and fresh red fruits. A palate of strawberry, sorbet and juicy red fruits with clean acid lines and fine structure. Medium length with some spice, very drinkable.
A dark red core with maroon hues and silver rim proferring aromas of spice, rhubarb, tobacco, red berry fruits and thyme. A light and bouncy palate with fresh, soft red fruits. Pinot like mouthfeel with cherry and raspberry, nice acid lines and fine tannins on the finish.
A rich dark crimson with cherry red hues proffering aromas of fresh cherries, spice, chocolate cake, briar and caramel with herbaceous hints, rhubarb, blackberry and some forest floor. A fresh, juicy acid palate with red fruits on the mid palate and food fruit sweetness coming through in black cherry and berries. Black currant, mushroom and bramble savouriness, good length completes a well-structured wine.
An opaque crimson with red-brick hues. The nose proffer aromas of lifted red fruits with a hint of sweet spice and cherry pastilles. The palate is rich and densely flavored with bright expressive red fruit notes and wisps of toasted vanilla. Fine tannins give way to a persistent, moreish finish. Well balanced, juicy style of Shiraz. Best matched with roasted longhorn sirloin with potato dauphinois and steamed greens.
