Bruce Jack Blush comes from healthy grapes received early in the day. Grapes were crushed, juice drained and skins pressed. After juice settled, clear juice was used to ferment. After fermentation wine was both protein and cold stabilized. Red wine was blended proportionally to the Sauvignon Blanc hence the colour. The final step is to filter the wine.

Bruce Jack Merlot grapes are harvested early in the day from selected vineyards. Grapes were crushed, destemmed and fermented on the skin. Open and closed pump overs were given for colour extract. From there the juice is fermented, blended, stabilized and filtered. Notes of ripe raspberries and chocolate with a swirl of vanilla.
