Tropical scent of local gorse flowers cosseted by the sweetness of nutmeg and luxuriate in a hint of cubeb pepper. Light, blush, salmon. Full, aromatic and fruity. Notes of fresh strawberries, raspberries and plums. Delicately structured palate with depth of flavour balanced with a savoury finish and fresh acidity.
A pale gold straw with silver hues. A fresh, bright nose of lemon zest, sorbet and white peach. Flint, white pepper and some honey dew melon. The palate is crisp and delicate with fresh, clean, acid that gives length and youthfulness. White peach, lime citrus notes and some flinty notes. Well balanced and complex.
Ruby red with pale pink hues. Complex nose of bright, fresh fruits and savoury undertones. Red fruits of strawberry and raspberry with some slight hints of citrus. Lifted aromatics of coffee, chocolate and rum and raisin. Strawberry and pomegranate provide fruit sweetness, while shortbread and vanilla create a soft and delicate palate. Savoury tones of spice and black pepper balance the flavours. Medium to light bodied with a long, fruit finish.
